Under US (Country Tier 1), the inviter gets $5 immediately when a friend's trading volume hits $100. Payments of $15, $25 and $75 apply at $500, $1,000 and $5,000. Each referral may earn up to $75. An extra $25 Level Up bonus also applies, while no more than 100 referrals count toward the offer.
