The way links work

What the money leaves untouched
- The order of a table: each ranking is sorted by the number stated above it.
- Our score: its inputs are covered on how we score, while a commission is not among them.
- Which exchanges we cover: we include exchanges that serve US customers, whether they pay us or not.
